Filing of Annual Returns and Financial statements to ROC. Filing of Income Tax Return as prescribed under income tax act , 1961.

Filing returns under VAT, Service Tax and Labour laws, if applicable.

Maintain Statutory Registers such as the Members register, Director and Key Managerial Personnel (“KMP”).
